Windsor Framework readiness
As part of the Windsor Framework, the carrier integrations have been updated to ensure compliance with the latest regulatory requirements. Enhancements have been made to booking methods—including API, Bulk Mailing, and Booking Wizard—to support B2B, B2C, and C2C transactions.
Integrations with multiple carriers, including DHL Express, Royal Mail, DPD, DPD Local, Evri, Whistl, and Harrods, have also been updated to meet the new standards. For carrier-specific field requirements, refer to the latest Intelligent Shipper Carrier Integrations and Features documentation.

Royal Mail small and medium size parcel formats
The Royal Mail BPL and BPR services now support 11 - Medium Parcel and 12 - Small Parcel formats. This change is essential to ensure accurate format usage for customers using these services.
Pre-registration number enhancements
A UKIMS option has been added to the Type dropdown list of the Add Pre-Registration Number form in Ishipper. With it, you can choose the Pre-Registration type as UKIMS, allowing you to enter the UKIMS number in the Pre-Registration Number field.
DPD label enhancements
The DPD and DPD local labels now include pictograms for parcels weighing more than 10 kg or 20 kg. This is done to comply with Germany’s new regulation requirements for heavy parcels.
