Unmatched Barcode (Super Clean Sweep) is active. EBB files tell us what tracking numbers have been injected into RMG's network without being manifested and based on these files we will force the manifest of the shipments and pre-advice them.
We can check these files by navigating to the server (7.4), they will be located in the folder path: D:\INTERSOFT\WinSCP-5.9-Portable\UnmatchedBarcodes\ArchiveUnmatchedFiles
Then we split them into the relevant environments which goes into this folder path:
D:\INTERSOFT\WinSCP-5.9-Portable\UnmatchedBarcodes\ArchiveUnmatchedSplitFiles
From there we can then check the relevant environment for example if we use RMLS and navigate to the processed folder:
D:\INTERSOFT\Services\RMLS\Production\DataImportFolder\Processed
The unmatched barcodes files will be in there as per below:
