# Starlinks Global - Customer Onboarding Steps
## Great to hear that you would like to use Starlinks Global through Intersoft. This article covers everything you need to start the integration.

- [**Onboarding Form**](https://kb.intersoft.co.uk/knowledge/starlinks-global-onboarding-form?hsLang=en) – once you are ready to progress, please share a completed form with the Onboarding Team. We will need a separate one for each of the accounts you hold with the carrier and intend to use.
**ONBOARDING STEPS
STEP 1 **– You must hold an existing account with Starlinks Global.
**STEP 2 **– The credentials will be received directly from the carrier.
**STEP 3 **– Please fill the [Onboarding Form](https://kb.intersoft.co.uk/knowledge/starlinks-global-onboarding-form?hsLang=en) and share it with the Onboarding Team at [onboarding@intersoft.co.uk.](mailto:onboarding@intersoft.co.uk)
**STEP 4** – Intersoft will then set up the integration on both - Sandbox and Production.
**STEP 5** – Once everything is set up - customer to create, using a Sandbox account, a set of test labels for each service required and manifest, and share them directly with Starlinks, copying in the Customer success – Onboarding Team at [onboarding@intersoft.co.uk.](mailto:onboarding@intersoft.co.uk)
**STEP 6** – Once signed off, Starlinks will ask the customer to test in Production and share the test pack directly with them, copying in the Customer success – Onboarding Team at [onboarding@intersoft.co.uk.](mailto:onboarding@intersoft.co.uk)
**STEP 7** – Once labels and data verifed and signed off by the carrier - **READY TO SHIP!**
