How to set your Royal Mail returns address
There are two options for setting up your Royal Mail returns address, via populating the API request with this information or having Intersoft set the address in the system.
Setting the returns address via API:
To set the returns address via your API request the shippers section of the XML must be populated with the desired address. See an example of the shippers section of the request below.
This will then populate the returns address section of the requested label, see below:
Setting the Returns Address in the system:
If you don't wish to have the returns address pulled from the API request, this portion of the XML will be ignored/overwritten if Intersoft set a default returns address in the system for you. If you request this we will populate the Royal Mail returns address portion of your Royal Mail account in the system, please see below:
This will then populate the returns address on the label as per the above example.
