Royal Mail Importers - Freight to Post Onboarding Process
Step 1: Intersoft will contact you to provide our Onboarding Form for your review and completion. A Sandbox account will also be created to facilitate your initial testing activities.
Step 2: Upon completing your development work, please complete and submit a Sandbox Test Pack to onboarding@intersoft.co.uk using the subject line format: CustomerName_TestPack_DateSubmitted

Step 3: Once your Test Pack is reviewed and approved by Intersoft, we will issue your production credentials.
Step 4:You will then be required to complete Royal Mails Customer Data Solution sign off process as per below instructions.
- Generate 3 labels per service
- Allocate those shipments to a container and Manifest the container
- Submit the PDFs to onboarding@intersoft.co.uk. They will be forwarded to Royal Mail for review and sign off.
Step 5:You will then be required to complete Royal Mails sign off process as per below instructions.
- Generate 20 live shipments using the intended services
- Print physical labels using production printers at your site
- Send 10 labels to Sharon Bullman and the remaining 10 to the Distribution Hub (Address details will be provided by Intersoft).
Please note: Physical label verification is only required when setting up a new Royal Mail account or Posting Location. For existing accounts and locations, PDF label submission is sufficient for Go Live approval.
Step 5: Once physical labels are approved, your integration with Intersoft is now finalised and ready for live operations. Your Royal Mail Account Manager will confirm a Go Live date with you.
