      Parcelforce - Useful Information

      Field Requirements:

      Intersoft Intelligent Shipper® Field Name

      Carrier Requirement

      Shipper EORI number

      For shipments to EU countries using DDP incoterms, either an EORI number or an IOSS number must be provided (IOSS number is provided in the Pre-Registration Number field)

      Below are some additional requirements that must be met in order to create a successful Parcelforce label:
      • The sum of the total item values cannot be more than the total shipment value.
      • The total item weight must not exceed the shipment weight.
      • The total item weight must not exceed the package weight.
      Service Enhancements - available
      If you would like to use any of the enhancements, please first speak to your Parcelforce account manager to confirm which of them are available for the services that you would like to be using. 
      To utilise this within Intelligent Shipper, you would need to add Enhancement Service Code field to your file / API request, followed by a specific code.
