      Routing Options - Service and Agent Selection

      Intelligent Shipper provides the ability to configure flexible routing options by allowing Admin level users to set the system to switch to a different service or agent in certain scenarios. 
      Download Routing Options - Service and Agent Selection to see the instructions for Customer and Admin users on how Intelligent Shipper will use these routing options to select a service and an agent for the shipment, to help users understand the routing selected for shipments.
