FedEx Cross Border Integration – Ability to Ship from US Added
The FedEx Cross Border (formerly P2P) integration can now be used for shipping from the US, in addition to shipping from the UK and EU countries which is already supported. The integration supports both tracked and untracked services from the US, with a maximum shipment weight of 30kg for tracked shipments and 2kg for untracked shipments. To ship from US, customers will need to agree this with their FedEx account manager and be given an API Key for US Shipping.
DHL eCommerce - Shipping to Australia
DHL eCommerce is now available for shipping to Australia.
FedEx Integration – New Services Added
Two new services have been added to the FedEx integration. - FEDEX_INTERNATIONAL_PRIORITY
- FEDEX_REGIONAL_ECONOMY
The FEDEX_INTERNATIONAL_PRIORITY service replaces the legacy INTERNATIONAL_PRIORITY service which was recently withdrawn.
FEDEX_REGIONAL_ECONOMY is available to 22 countries across Europe, your FedEx account manager can advise on the supported destinations.
Both services can be used for shipping internationally, and both support multipiece shipments with a maximum of 99 packages accepted per shipment.
Receiver VAT Field Added and EORI Field Lengths Increased
A new Receiver VAT Number field has been added to Bulk Mailing and Booking Wizard, and the length of all EORI fields have been increased to accept a maximum of 18 characters. This is to ensure customers can continue to meet customs requirements.
