Commonwealth Games Logo added to Royal Mail Labels
In preparation for the upcoming Commonwealth Games in July, Royal Mail labels will contain the Commonwealth Games logo image. The logo will automatically be included on all Royal Mail labels except those for Tracked High Volume services.
OBA Access Code Request Process Updates
The process for requesting an OBA access code when onboarding Royal Mail customers in Intelligent Shipper has been updated. If an OBA access code request is rejected, the rejection email will now contain more detailed information on the reason why the request was rejected, and next steps to rectify the issue. The GUI for requesting an OBA Access Code also now contains a link to more information on OBA access codes, to avoid requests being rejected. These changes are designed to make the OBA Access Code request process smoother and more efficient, and reduce the instances of requests being rejected.
