Delivery Group Integration – New Services Added
Our existing integration with The Delivery Group has been updated to contain new services. The Yodel UTRAK service has been added, available with and without tracking on 2 day delivery period. Support for international shipments has also been added to the integration, with tracked and untracked international services available.

Enhancements to Shipment Search Screen
The Shipment Search screen advanced view has been updated to allow users to search for shipments based on partial postcode and filter search results on recipient name, destination town and destination country. These enhancements will improve usability and make it easier to find the correct shipment quickly and efficiently.
Royal Mail Integration – Consequential Loss Service Enhancements Removed
The Consequential Loss service enhancements have been removed from the Royal Mail integration, in accordance with Royal Mail’s latest specification. For any further information, please contact your Royal Mail account manager.
