To utilise this within Intelligent Shipper, you would need to add Delivery Instructions field to your file / API request, followed by the delivery instruction text, e.g., "Leave in the garage". The instruction would be visible on the label.

If you would like to use this service, please first speak to your EVRi account manager to have this added to your account.

- for production environment - it depends on the address defaulted within EVRi's database, and cannot be overridden by the information supplied in the API request.
