To progress with the DPD Local setup you must first be registered with the carrier and held a registered account with EDI Solution.
EDI Solution is the connection between Intersoft and DPD Local. Even if you are an existing DPD Local customer, you should still contact your account manager to request to register for EDI solution.

Please note: The incoterm DT1 is not a valid incoterm as it is DPD specific. If the request for DPD is sent with DDP incoterm, it will be passed as DT1 to the carrier.
If the request is sent with DAP incoterm, it will be passed as DAP to the carrier.
Paperless Trade - data is automatically electronically sent to customs behind the scenes.
Delivery Instructions - available.
To utilise this within Intelligent Shipper, you would need to add Delivery Instructions field to your file / API request, followed by the delivery instruction text, e.g., "Leave in the garage". The instruction would be visible on the label.
