Royal Mail Integration – Removal of Local Collect Enhancement from Service Codes
As per Royal Mail’s latest COSS Specification changes, the IShipper Royal Mail Integration has been updated to remove the Local Collect Service Enhancement for Royal Mail Tracked and Special Delivery Age Verification services with service code (please refer to the table below). However, the Local Collect Service Enhancement will continue to operate as usual for all other applicable Royal Mail services.

Deutsche Post Integration – Character Limit Updated in CN22 Form
The Deutsche Post API Integration has been updated to support up to 25 items in the customs information section of the Create Shipment request. While customers can enter a maximum of 25 items, the generated CN22 form will display only the first 5 items from the customs information.
