is-icon-3pi-management-1Tracking Added to Amazon Shipping Integration

Tracking has now been added to the Amazon Shipping integration so that customers can receive tracking data back for their Amazon shipments. Please note that the integration can currently only be used for shipping orders that were not created through Amazon; the ability to ship orders that were created via Amazon will be added in a future release.

is-icon-3pi-management-1Hermes Integration Rebranded to EVRi

Following Hermes’ re-brand to EVRi earlier this year, the Hermes integration has now been updated to use the EVRi name and logo. This update is purely a cosmetic change to reflect the new branding and will not impact any customers shipping with EVRi.

is-icon-3pi-management-1DPD and DPD Local Integrations – Printing Sender's Phone Number on the Label is Configurable

For both the DPD and DPD Local integrations, it's now optional whether Sender's Phone Number is printed on the shipping labels. This is configurable and will default to the Sender Phone Number being printed on the label, which can be changed in the integration screen.

Our existing integration with ParcelForce has been updated to contain new services. The Express Courier Pack services have been added, to aid with the delivery of smaller items that fit in a courier pack and are available for different time windows on the next day delivery period.
