Royal Mail Parcelforce Worldwide Domestic Weekend label updates
The Royal Mail Parcelforce Worldwide Domestic Weekend label templates have been updated to display a new Weekend indicator, ensuring compliance with Royal Mail latest requirements. This change applies to PDF and ZPL (203 DPI and 300 DPI) label formats.
CN23 customs documentation compliance validation
Royal Mail international shipments using postal services now generate CN23 documentation only, in line with Royal Mail's latest specifications. CN22 documentation is no longer generated and is not supported in any Royal Mail international customs documentation, templates, configurations, or outputs.
EU customs changes
As part of the new EU customs regulations, ManufactureProductId and StandardisedProductId fields have been added at the Items level of the Create Shipment request for the following carriers:
- DHL Express
- DPD UK
- DPD Local
- An Post
