Royal Mail Integration – Expanded Domestic Service Options for BFPO Shipments
Royal Mail integration has been updated to allow all domestic services, including Standard, Special Delivery, and Tracked, for BFPO shipments. Customers now have more delivery options while ensuring compliance with customs via CN23 forms. BFPO-specific services remain unchanged, with clear error handling for unsupported service enhancements like Local Collect, Age Verification, and ID Verification.
Royal Mail OBA Sales Order Summary Updated – Removal of Hyphen in Order References
Royal Mail OBA Sales Order Summary has been updated to remove the hyphen '-' character from the Order Reference when posting to OBA from iShipper for all customers. The Order Reference is now formatted without the hyphen, for example, “INTERSOFT-ISH2807962” is now posted as “ISH2807962” in the transaction request.
DHL Express Integration Updated – Paperless Trade (PLT) Enabled for All Countries
The DHL Express integration has been updated to support Paperless Trade (PLT) for all countries, allowing the electronic submission of customs documentation. This update ensures seamless customs clearance by automatically applying PLT functionality to all countries when PLT is enabled in the integration screen, and including the commercial invoice in the shipment request. No changes have been made to the existing user interfaces.
TNT Manifest API Retry Logic Enhancement
The TNT shipment manifest process has been improved with retry logic. If the system fails to send shipment data on the first attempt, it will retry up to 3 times. If all retries fail, an error will be logged, and the technical support team will be notified. This enhancement ensures more reliable data transmission, reducing the impact of temporary connection issues.
