Auto Cancellation of Unmanifested Royal Mail shipments after 90 Days
Royal Mail unmanifested shipments (i.e. shipments which are on hold or have not been closed out) will be automatically cancelled after 90 Days. This ensures the shipments are not held indefinitely in the system. The cancellation reason set for these shipments will be ‘EXCEEDED 90 DAY USAGE LIMIT’.
Amazon Integration – New Services Added for On Amazon Shipments
Additional services have been introduced for On Amazon shipments, including Amazon Shipping Standard Tracked, Hermes Next Day, Hermes Standard, and Royal Mail 24 (SORT8) Daily Rate (Parcel) (PK3). These are domestic services and support single-piece shipment only.
Royal Mail Barcode Allocation – Email Template Updated
Royal Mail Barcode Allocation email template has been updated to include Contract Number and Service Register Code. The format of the email has been adjusted specifically to ensure compatibility with Royal Mail's bot, aligning with the new process following the decommissioning of the legacy TODS system.
