Royal Mail Integration Updates
The following updates have been made to the Royal Mail integration, in accordance with Royal Mail’s latest specifications:
- The maximum weight of the Tracked Returns 24 and 48 services has been changed from 30kg to 20 kg.
- The Special Delivery Uncommon Services LA1-LA6 have been removed, as Royal Mail have withdrawn these.
- The Consequential Loss service enhancements have been added. For more information on the available service enhancements, see the document “Intelligent Shipper API - Multipiece Shipment Bookings Appendices”
Starlinks Global Integration – New Services Added
We have added three new services to our Starlinks Global integration: Domestic, Cross Border Direct and Cross Border Light. The Domestic service can be used for shipping domestically within any country. The Cross Border services can be used for domestic and international shipping. All three services support single-package shipments only.
DPD Netherlands Integration – Return Service Added
We have added a returns service to our existing DPD Netherlands integration. This can be used to create returns shipments back to the original sender of the outbound shipment.
