UPS new incoterm support
The UPS integration on Intelligent Shipper now supports Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) and Delivery At Place (DAP). This is done to align requirements with the latest UPS specification and ensure incoterms are mapped correctly when submitting shipment request to UPS.

Royal Mail logo update
The Royal Mail carrier logo has been updated on the Intelligent Shipper system to reflect the new King’s Cruciform emblem. This change honours the latest royal insignia and ensures our visuals stay current and consistent across all systems.
The Delivery Group latest services
A new set of services have been added to The Delivery Group (TDG) integration on Intelligent Shipper in addition to the existing ones. The new services can be accessed via the Intelligent Shipper’s Maintenance > Services screen. With this addition, customers can now use the latest TDG services in their shipment requests.
