Royal Mail Integration – Updates to existing services HVD and ITO
The Royal Mail integration has been updated. The service name and label template for the ‘HVD’ service has been changed from INTL BUSINESS TRACKED EXPRESS NPC to INTL BUSINESS TRACKED PRIORITY. Additionally, the service name for the ‘ITO’ service has been updated from DEImpNonUK TrkPCL Hvy (EMS) to DEImpNonUK TrkPCLCmp Hvy (EMS).
Royal Mail Integration – Update to OBA Sales Order Summary
The Royal Mail OBA Sales Order Summary has been enhanced to capture the Shipper's address included in the Create Shipment API request, ensuring the address captured on the Sales Order Summary is in accordance with Royal Mail’s latest requirements.
Royal Mail Combined Label and CN22 – Date and Signature Details Added
The Royal Mail combined label and CN22 has been updated to include the Shipper’s name (from the shipperContactName field) and the label generation date within the "Sign and Date" field on the CN22 portion of the combined label and CN22. This enhancement ensures compliance with UK Border Force (UKBF) regulations. Additionally, by electronically populating these details, customers no longer need to manually sign and date the CN22, streamlining the process and reducing the risk of errors.
YODEL Integration – New Services Added
New services have been added to the Yodel integration. These services include XPECT MINI 48 NON POD, XPECT MINI 24 NON POD, XPECT MEDIUM 24 POD, XPECT MEDIUM 24 NON POD, XPECT MEDIUM 48 POD, XPECT MEDIUM 48 NON POD, XPECT 24 XXL POD, XPECT 24 XXL, XPECT 48 XXL POD, XPECT 48 XXL, XPECT 24 XL POD, and XPECT 24 XL NON POD. The services are all available for domestic shipping within GB only, and support single-package shipments only. There are no service enhancements applicable to these services.
DHL Neutral Label Service – Restricted to Selected Countries
DHL’s neutral label service has been updated to enhance shipment security and ensure compliance with new restrictions. This service, which removes detailed shipment descriptions from labels to reduce risks of theft and fraud, is now restricted to selected eligible destination countries and excludes shipments containing dangerous goods. Additionally, customers must obtain prior approval from DHL to access the neutral label service. The system validates both destination country and shipment type before incorporating the PP service code in DHL requests, ensuring compliance with the latest operational requirements.
The Delivery Group Integration – New Yodel Services Added
The Delivery group integration has been updated to include the Yodel UTrak POD service. The service is available for domestic shipping within GB only and supports single-package shipments only. There are no service enhancements applicable to the service.
Deutsche Post integration - Packet Plus Service and Standard Service Level Removed
The Deutsche Post integration has been updated to reflect recent changes. As part of these changes, the Packet Plus service (GPP) and the “Standard” service levels are no longer available. Only the Priority and Registered service levels will be available when configuring service translations, streamlining the available options for a better experience.
Asendia Integration – Brand logo updated
The Asendia integration has been updated with the new Asendia logo in line with the latest brand guidelines. This change has been applied across all modules in Intelligent Shipper.
