Royal Mail Integration – New Services Added
- New Large Letter Zonal Services have been added to the Royal Mail integration. These services can be used for sending large letters with weight up to 0.5Kg to international destinations. Service codes for this new service are as followed: LLG, LLH, LLI, LLJ, LLK, LLL, LLM, LLN, LLO.
- New International Business Tracked Express NPC service has been added to the Royal Mail integration. This can be used for sending shipments up to 30Kg to international destinations. New service code for this service is HVD.
- New International Services for heavy weight products called ‘INTL Trk Parcels 0-30kg C Prio’ and ‘INTL Trk Parcels 0-30kg XComp C Prio’ have been added to the Royal Mail integration. This can be used for sending heavy weight shipments up to 30Kg to international destinations. Service Codes for this new service are as followed: HVK, HVL

Royal Mail Integration - Worldwide and Zonal products renamed
- Worldwide and Zonal products have been renamed as Non-Personal Correspondence (NPC) and Personal Correspondence (PC). This can help in correctly identifying and using these products in shipping.
Update to Cancelling Functionality for shipments On Hold
- Shipment Processing screen reloads automatically to display all remaining shipments that are On Hold after any shipment cancellation which prevents the risk of accidentally cancelling shipments which are not intended by customers.
