DPD NL Integration Updated to Support Shipping to ROW Destinations
The DPD NL integration previously only supported shipping from NL to EU countries and GB. It has now been updated to also support shipping from NL to other ROW countries, in addition to GB.
New Services Added to Landmark Global Integration
The existing Landmark Global integration has been updated with new outbound and return services to provide additional shipping options. All services support single-package shipments only.
Signature Enhancements Added to FedEx Integration
New service enhancements have been added to the FedEx integration to allow customers to request different signature options with their shipments. For a list of the available service enhancements, see the document “Intelligent Shipper Carrier Integrations and Features”. Please contact us for more information on how to configure service enhancements.
Royal Mail Integration Updates
The MTS service has been updated – the service is now called INTL Bus Prcl Trk Direct Ireland and supports shipping into Ireland only. The labels for Royal Mail Tracked No Signature, Letter-Boxable Tracked No Signature and Tracked High Volume No Signature services have been updated to support Royal Mail’s Photo on Delivery feature. A photo will be captured on delivery of shipments using these services as standard, and the labels will contain a photo on delivery text instruction. This will be included on the labels Intelligent Shipper generates for these services as standard – there are no service enhancements needed to use Photo on Delivery.
Item HS Code Field Updated
The Item HS Code field has been updated to allow a maximum of 13 characters and alphanumeric characters – this is because some destination countries and carriers accept a longer HS code. The minimum length accepted for a HS Code remains as 6 characters. The change applies to all methods of creating shipments – API, Bulk Mailing, Booking Wizard and Print Harvester.
View Shipment Screen Updated to Silent Print Customs Documents
The View Shipment screen has been updated to support silent printing of customs documents. If the print profile has been set as silent print, then when customs documents are downloaded from the screen they will be printed automatically. CN23 documents will be printed to the label printer configured in the silent print profile, and Commercial Invoice and Proforma Invoice documents will be printed to the document printer configured in the silent print profile.
