Coming In May 2024 - 90 Day Cancel Shipment Policy
By now, you will have received direct communication in regards to a new policy we implementing in our May deployment. Once this is deployed, all Royal Mail shipments that have been unmanifested for 90 days or more will be automatically cancelled. This will mean that any shipments older than 90 days that was sent into the Royal Mail network, will incur a surcharge from Royal Mail directly. You will need to liaise directly with your Royal Mail account manager in regards to the amount of these charges.
An FAQ's page will soon be published, where you can find all the information you may require. All customers will receive another reminder closer to the date of deployment. DX - Now available on SAPIENT
We have another new carrier available on our new shipping platform SAPIENT. You can now integrate with an upgraded version of the DX integration via SAPIENT. The integration supports single piece shipments only to domestic destinations. The label formats available are PDF and ZPL. The integration doesn’t support any service enhancements.
