If you would like to use this enhancement, please first speak to your EVRi account manager to get the alert group code.   To utilise this within Intelligent Shipper, you would need to add Enhancement Service Code field to your file / API request, followed by a specific code. **Multipiece shipments -** not available with Evri.  **Hazardous Materials** - not available. **Incoterms** - DDU **Paperless Trade** - not available. **Delivery Instructions** - available. To utilise this within Intelligent Shipper, you would need to add Delivery Instructions field to your file / API request, followed by the delivery instruction text, e.g., "Leave in the garage". The instruction would be visible on the label.  **Returns service -** available.  If you would like to use this service, please first speak to your EVRi account manager to have this added to your account. **Please note:** the destination showing on the Returns label - for Sandbox - it is always defaulted to one address only. - for production environment - it depends on the address defaulted within EVRi's database, and cannot be overridden by the information supplied in the API request.  **QR Codes -** available. If you would like to use this feature, please first speak to your EVRi account manager to have this enabled for your account.
