Quoted Landed Cost

Mandatory for Shipments to GB addresses. The field represents the total amount the customer (Shipper) quoted the end customer (Receiver) for delivering the shipment, so the charge for using the shipping service, any additional charges such as insurance and any customs duties and taxes that were quoted to the end customer.

If you would like to use any of the enhancements, please first speak to your DPD NL account manager to confirm which of them are available for the services that you would like to be using. 
To utilise this within Intelligent Shipper, you would need to add Enhancement Service Code field to your file / API request, followed by a specific code.

Can only be used with the carrier service Predict B2C DPD Home. The notification language must be set in the Integration screen.


Multipiece Shipments -
available.
Multipiece shipments are not supported for shipments to GB; only single piece shipments can be created for shipments to GB addresses. For all other destinations, multi piece shipments are supported.  

Carrier Packaging - not available.

Delivery Instructions - available.
To utilise this within Intelligent Shipper, you would need to add Delivery Instructions field to your file / API request, followed by the delivery instruction text, e.g., "Leave in the garage". The instruction would be visible on the label.

Hazardous Materials - not available.

Incoterms - DAP, DDP

Paperless Trade - not available.
Paperless is only for UK at the moment, so for other non-EU countries, will need to enclose paper documents.

Returns service - available. 
If you would like to use this service, please first speak to your DPD NL account manager to have this added to your account.

Please note: Shipper and Destination addresses for Return service must be provided the same way as they would be provided for the outbound shipments. The Shipper address must contain customers / company’s address, and the Destination address must contain the consumer’s returning items address. Once the XML request is sent, we share this data with the carrier, and DPD NL reverse the addresses on their end and sent us the right labels which is being returned within the XML response.
DPD NL - returns

DPD NL do not have QR codes solution available yet so the end consumer must always have the printed label and drop the parcel to any of the Parcel Shops for return.
