# DHL eCommerce - Useful Information
**Field Requirements:**

| Invoice Date | Mandatory for shipments to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands |
| Invoice Number | Mandatory for shipments to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands |
| Shipper EORI Number | Mandatory for shipments to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands |
| Shipping Charges | Mandatory for shipments to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands |
| Item HS Code | Mandatory for shipments to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands |
| Item Country of Origin | Mandatory for shipments to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands |
**Multipiece Shipments** - available
**Carrier Packaging** - available
The following carrier package type names can be used with DHL Parcel shipments:
- Parcels
- Bagit Small
- Bagit Medium
- Bagit Large
- Bagit XL
To utilise this within Intelligent Shipper, you would need to add Package Type Name field to your file / API request, followed by a specific code.
If package type name is not provided, the package type will default to Parcels.
**Service Enhancements** - available
To utilise this within Intelligent Shipper, you would need to add Enhancement Service Code field to your file / API request, followed by a specific code.

| Signature service to specified address only | N/A | DHL Parcels shipments must always contain one of these service enhancements, to specify the signature option required for the shipment. If a signature enhancement is not included the shipment will fail. |

**Delivery Instructions** - available
To utilise this within Intelligent Shipper, you would need to add Delivery Instructions field to your file / API request, followed by the delivery instruction text, e.g., "Leave in the garage". The instruction would be visible on the label.
