If you would like to use any of the enhancements, please first speak to your DHL Express account manager to confirm which of them are available for the services that you would like to be using.
To utilise this within Intelligent Shipper, you would need to add Enhancement Service Code field to your file / API request, followed by a specific code.
Please note: Shipment Insurance applies to goods carrier under a single Waybill. It provides financial protection against all risks of physical loss or damage to goods during transportation, from an external cause. The copy of Shipment Insurance Policy is available upon request by emailing gb.csinsurance@dhl.com

DHL Express CA do not offer domestic services. They do not ship domestically (Canada to Canada) - only ship internationally (Canada to Another country or Another Country to Canada).
