For customers using carrier's service via another provider, e.g. Intersoft, the correct process is to ONLY manifest or cancel shipments on our end. We will then connect and pass all the information accordingly to the carrier.
Manifesting or cancelling the shipments on Deutsche Post website instead may cause problems.
