If you would like to use any of the enhancements, please first speak to your DHL Express account manager to confirm which of them are available for the services that you would like to be using.
To utilise this within Intelligent Shipper, you would need to add Enhancement Service Code field to your file / API request, followed by a specific code.

Please note the senders name in the request must match the name the customer has registered themselves with at Asendia exactly. An out of place letter or a full stop will prevent their API from picking up the correct account.
Please note the incoterm the customer wishes to pass through the API must be registered with Asendia directly before doing so.
